About the HHA Grant Program
If you’re looking to advance in the home health industry and meet the requirements below, you may qualify for this special program:
- Currently employed in home care or home health or desire to be employed in home health care
- Desire to increase your skills
- Work in Pennsylvania
We can help you through the steps to receive the $500 grant and Home HEalth Care certification:

We’re currently seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care to patients in schools across Northeast and Central Pennsylvania. This is your chance to build a meaningful career, enjoy flexible scheduling, and work close to home with a supportive team by your side.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living (dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping)
- Support patients in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Offer emotional and behavioral support
- Follow the care plan and collaborate with the care team
- Report any changes in patient condition to your nurse case manager
