Job Title: Home Health Scheduler
Location: Dunmore, PA (in office)
Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities: This role requires a person who will be responsible for Home Health scheduling, authorizations, and data entry including but not limited to the following:
- Assigning / scheduling nurses and aides for Home Health patients based on geography and staff case load
- Collaborate with road staff regarding scheduling changes as needed
- Assist receptionist as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent; advanced certificate or degree preferred
- Experience in Healthcare / Home Health
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Computer and EMR proficiency
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and work alongside multiple departments / personnel
