• Assigning / scheduling nurses and aides for Home Health patients based on geography and staff case load 
• Collaborate with road staff regarding scheduling changes as needed
• Assist receptionist as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent; advanced certificate or degree preferred
• Experience in Healthcare / Home Health
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Computer and EMR proficiency
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and work alongside multiple departments / personnel
