Now Hiring: Healthcare Recruiter – Pediatric & Adult Skilled Home Care (Williamsport, PA)

Traditional Home Health Care is looking for a full-time Healthcare Recruiter to join our award-winning team! This role is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and focuses on recruiting top talent for our Pediatric and Adult Skilled division.

As the first point of contact for new team members, you’ll play a key role in representing our mission and building the strong workforce that helps us deliver exceptional care. With guidance from HR and clinical leaders, you’ll drive recruitment efforts while also developing your own success.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with HR leadership, managers, and case managers to identify staffing needs
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Handle reference checks, clearances, and candidate paperwork
• Post and update job openings regularly
• Participate in job fairs, health fairs, conventions, and outreach efforts
• Support retention strategies by engaging with current staff
• Collaborate on recruitment planning and attend team meetings
• Identify, screen, and source candidates for open positions, utilizing online resources, job boards, and networking
• Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interview to negotiating and onboarding. 
• Assist with special projects and provide backup support as needed
• Completing and maintain all employment files

 

 

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, positive personality with a proactive approach
• Strong interviewing and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Computer savvy (ATS and social media experience a plus)
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Team player who can also work independently
• Current driver’s license required

A background in HR or healthcare is helpful but not required.
