Duties will include:
- Management of daily clinical operations
- Over seeing a team of nurses
- Ensure operational smoothness
- Adhere to and uphold safety standards and regulations
- Highest standard for patient quality care
- Daily phone triage and problem solving
- Oversight of patient schedules, plans of care, and physician orders
- Set the standard and lead by example
- Home health experience preferred
- Over seeing the 3 county offices - Berwick, Monroe and Dunmore
- Travel should be expected and will be required when necessary
Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Registered Nurses License - Active
