Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice (FT)

Full time position exists for RN to perform home care visits for our hospice patients. 
Duties include patient assessments, symptom management, medication reconciliation, clinical interventions.
Candidate must possess good communication skills as part of the hospice team.

This position requires travel to visit several patients/day.
Position is Mon to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with occasional on call duties.
Competitive salary and benefit package.
