Job Title: Marketing Specialist, Home Health
Job Location: Our office is located East Stroudsburg
Shift: Full-time & Part-time shifts available

Job Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Stroudsburg region.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

• Track sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, market share, and referral conversion rates.

• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Represent Traditional Home Health Care at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Participate in community outreach activities to raise awareness of our services and build brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home health care sales or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• In-depth knowledge of the home health care industry, including Medicare regulations, reimbursement processes, and industry trends.

• Familiarity with the East Stroudsburg healthcare market is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with key stakeholders.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
