for the following positions:

Due to growth and expansion we are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) - Home Health in Columbia County.

**Week Day / Full-Time hours**

Duties:

• Administer /assist our home health and hospice patients with personal care and ADL's.
• Daily assignments include up to 5 visits per day.

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant in PA
• Must have reliable transportation to and from assignments
